Two trophies with the team is a really good achievement, but I'm still against him staying in charge of a team that is extremely unstable under his leadership. With such consistency it's lucky that they won a trophy this season and didn't fall even lower in the standings. I hope that if something goes wrong next season they will change the coach immediately. This chance should be the last one for Ten Hag
Erik Ten Hag is staying at Old Trafford and have become one of the best coaches so far in past years, let's say since Sir Alex Ferguson. Erik Ten Hag appear to be incompetent but he always go home with a trophy which is absolutely the require evidence needed by the Red Devils and the supporters will definitely tender their support as usual. Manchester United is a big club and their performance and game stats should always match with the hyped given in the picture.
we can no longer compare Man United under the coaching of Sir Alex Ferguson and Ten Hag because the conditions were very different and Man United failure last season was understandable because several players were injured and not very productive, which was one of the reasons Man United failed to compete at the top.
we all have the same hope to see Man United without Ten Hag but he deserves to be given one last chance next season and I am sure that if Ten Hag succeeds in bringing in more quality players and selling players who are no longer productive, there will definitely be better improvements from last season.
We are continuously moving forward, but the only thing I know is that there have been no excellent coach in the history of manchester united, that has ever achieved what Fergie did at Manchester United. Ten hag isn't very good. Look at how poor Ten Hag was at scouting new players; he was always unable to find the appropriate guy to join Manchester United.
It is unlike Fergie, who was able to scout many brilliant talents. I recall when Manchester United attained its best performance in Europe under Ferguson after they were scouting ronaldo, berbatov, rooney or even chicarito. Although if the situation a few decades ago was very different from now, Fergie was able to scout some of the top players who can still play today, such as Ronaldo.
Ronaldo has also been referred to as a GOAT. It makes me wonder if Fergie was more talented at coaching a club than Ten Hag. Ten Hag's success in the transfer market has brought notable flops to the club, like Onana and Mason Mount.
I forgot about Antony as well.
