You can check their reviews as well to have an idea of how they are performing but if I were you, I'd choose the top exchanges that have a huge trade volume as this has a significant impact when trading.

Recently difficult getting any exchange market non KYC because its regulation from each government require for all exchange market must KYC for all their member if want get regulation with their exchange website.
Non KYC only allowed with DEX exchange market but there are not ability for limit trading and we must trade with instant feature. I don't think any trader interested with DEX exchange although most of them take benefit with some coins firstly listing on DEX exchange market.
Actually I don't care with some exchange require need to submit document ID and verifying our account before ability trade in the exchange market, its not problem for me during the exchange market have much volume transaction and exchange has their own rule with some coins listing need reach minimum limitation amount of transaction volume in daily day before delisting on their exchange market.
Binance is most recommended exchange in my opinion because all coins listed there has much volume transaction trading if won't get delisting on Binance after happening with top and experienced altcoin WAVES.
