About the live support, it's only for US customers. I'm in Argentina.

I thought it was going to be the wait time but, with that out of the way, support is all that could help you now.
Don’t know if you’re actually getting the OTP sent to you as that would be one means to verify if you did the right thing or have it fully enabled. If you did, then you would have to be patient with the support, engaging them with mails and be proactive till you get your issue resolved.
