From what i have learned on this forum, the right way to solve a problem like this is directly with btcgosu. Try to open a thread there about your problem and they will act as the middle man to help you by solving the issue.
I searched through btcgosu, and they don't seem to have the casino listed on their website. Maybe I missed something, so how does this exactly work. If they were listed there, they would be obliged to respond, or they would either lose the collaboration or reputation.
