Oh dear.

Thank you for the screenshot. Well, Now I have figured out a couple of glitches. Either this is the glitch from Bitwinup, or it was my internet. The dropdown button wasn't showing yesterday for me. Not only this button but when I clicked on Transfer, I did not find the close button to close the window. It takes time to load the page, which is why the button wasn't there. Look at these two screenshots below for better understanding. The last screenshot was taken today.
