I was so stressed this morning when I woke up but with this challenge, going 50 push up at a stretch rejuvenated my strength, this is to show that this exercise is so good for our body  both physical and mentally, it eases stress, stretches the body tendons, tissues and ligaments even our bodies  system is flushed of internal toxic substance. I am using this medium to appreciate a thread like this which is not only sustained or restricted to pushing up bitcoin but also have contributed immersely to our well being, growth and development.
Some individuals might  oppose but the truth remains the truth, even if the world is falling down..
Ya exercise is very essential and important to all human exercise has help many keep the body system fit and healthy. Exercise helps to prevent hypertension, it boosts the body energy if you are the type that always feel tired all the time exercise can help to boost your energy and you will not feel getting tired again as usual, exercise also improve bone health, and one important part of it is that exercise helps to increase life expectancy so doing exercises is a always a great win to those doing it consistently.
