Now Lautaro Martínez extended his contract with Inter Milan and he is going to stay there for a longer time.
He signed the contract to stay in Inter Milan for three more years until 2029 and for 9.5 million euros (10 million euros with extra payments).
With all his efforts and dedication to the club, I think he really deserves an extension contract, he has been there since this team was trying to get back to the top of the Serie A standings and until now he's still there. I think a 3 year contract extension is enough for him, hopefully he gets a good performance in the Copa America so that when he returns to Italy, he can play with more confidence.
It seems like Lautaro Martinez was born just to defend Inter and every time he was given a contract offer he didn't need to think long and immediately accepted it. There is no doubt about his love for Inter, especially as a captain he can lead all his colleagues on the field well.
Being able to be consistent in all competitions will be better for him and will make him sharper in the opponent's defense. Currently he is the main spearhead for Argentina in the Copa America and of course that will prevent him from losing his performance and actually make him even better. I just hope that when he returns from playing for Argentina he doesn't suffer serious problems such as injury because that will only make Inter confused.
