Daniel De Rossi has a contract with Roma until June 30, 2024 since being appointed in January 2024. He deserves to be retained as coach next season considering the impact he had on Roma towards the end of the season. If Roma fail to keep De Rossi, then I really don't know what they are preparing to replace him.
I agree with you. De Rossi succeeded in bringing Roma to qualify for the European league next season. He succeeded in rebuilding the As Roma squad and returning the team's mentality to be better. His contract will end this year and as far as I know it is because De Rossi is only there to replace Mourinho for the remainder of the Serie A season. But De Rossi managed to make As Roma finish in 6th place in the final standings and managed to advance to the semifinals of the European League. I think the club management must retain De Rossi and As Roma will be able to finish better next season.
