And their success in qualifying for the Champions League final last season cannot be used as a benchmark, I think there is a little element of luck.
I don’t usually see Borussia Dortmund as a very wondrous team even if they have managed to play in top tier competition year after year. Their last season performance was a very good one and many believed they’ve come that far through hardwork and dedication. Sometimes I feel they have luck with them and again, when they made it that far to the finals of the champions league, you won’t just call that luck, their hardwork had to pave the way for them to make it there. They need to improve their performance next season and change their gameplay because with this strategy, they can’t win any trophy but can go far if they keep up with it. Let’s see how the next seasons will be for them in the Bundesliga and also the champions league.
