Ten Hag is yet to satisfy Manchester United fans because the team is still performing below expectations.
Winning two FA Cup titles in his first two season is a great achievement for him personally, but for team like Manchester United that is a big team, it is not satisfying because he need to compete with the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal. I think Ten Hag needs to do more next season since he is given another chance; but if he fails, he should definitely be sacked.
His personal relationship with players also need to be improved because his actions towards some players contributes to the current situation of the club.

I hope he stays in the team on one very important condition, if he is inconsistent with the team again he will be replaced straight away as there is no point in trying to revitalise something that can't be revitalised already. Otherwise the team will fail again and finish the season in roughly the same places as this season, which would naturally be terrible
