Bayern Munich will do better next season, there's more for this elite club to accomplish with their current squad, they can do better and make things work easier for them. Vincent Kompany is lucky I guessed, he has been nothing but a dedicated player and now currently the manager of Bayern Munich. Did the board made a good decision? Perhaps Vincent Kompany will portrayed his potentials next season with the Bavarians and have always been the very top trends in Germany.

For two seasons, Bayern Munich has struggled in the Bundesliga, and if not for Borussia Dortmund's failure to win their last match in the Bundesliga last season, Bayern Munich would have gone two seasons without winning the Bundesliga title. Bayern Munich needs to be patient with their coach to see if the coach can start winning matches in his second year with the club. If Vincent Kompany fails to win the Bundesliga title or the UEFA Champions League trophy, he will be sacked by Bayern Munich because he fails to win the club a major trophy.

They have been trying to dominate the Bundesliga for the last few seasons but they are yet to succeed there. Just before the start of last season Bayern Munich brought Harry Kane to their club to change the performance of the team but this season they failed. Couldn't do well in the Bundesliga and then again the results in the Champions League didn't go to their liking so they are somewhat disappointed in all aspects. They have a strong team but maybe the plan is not going well with this team. If the team is managed according to the right plan, this team can surely win the Bundesliga title next season as well as do well in the Champions League.

Bayern Munich already dominated the league for a very long time before now but they started dropping form last two seasons when they managed to win the league ahead of Dortmund and last season they experienced a very poor form despite bringing in Harry Kane in the team Bayer Leverkusen dominated the league and finally won the trophy after a very long league dominance by Bayern Munich. The Bayern Munich team still has good team and a lot of quality players buy I think they had some internal issues which affected the mentality of the team but now that they have gotten a new manager in the person of Vincent Kompany, they will hopefully get improved in their performance and they priority will be dominating the league again and coming back stronger as the contenders of the champions league. The team is expected to get better and having a young coach will help the team get back to shape and winning ways.

I'm not sure if Vincent Kompany can bring the change that is needed in Bayern Munich because he lacks the experience that will make Bayern Munich improve their performance and dominate the Bundesliga League again. Bayern Munich management should have signed a young coach who has proven himself in another club so that everyone will be certain that the coach can be able to turn things around in Bayern Munich. With Vincent Kompany becoming Bayern Munich's new coach, I expect another serious Bundesliga title rivalry between Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen when the new season starts.
