This also came with experience and as soon as I realized this and accepted it, playing became really fun and I no longer chase jackpots or quick wins.Sometimes we play cards with friends and we only play for tiny amounts so that no one has any offense or disappointment after the game.
When people start gambling then they are not addicted at first so they think it is fun and are not affected by loss and win but as the time passes then it is the nature of humans that they cannot bear their loss and wins of others so sometimes due to huge losses their friendship adversely affects them.
Another thing is that you will not give more time to gambling and are playing sometimes therefore this can be fun but later this can become a habit so it is hard to bear your losses and will wish to win more often so I think fun does not remain fun always sometimes it turns into a bad habit.
