My pushups are still rusty with a lift shoulders off the ground then lift. Hopefully, very soon I'll get the knees off the ground too.

To get your knees off the ground can just be achived by stretching more your legs forward in the right position,now let your abdomen and your hands do the rest of the work just make sure your legs aren't extend.. and then you are good to go
