Over here was too cooled today, this challenge helped a lot in keeping me strong.
I engaged total set of 4, 20 push ups per set and was able to do a
total of 80ps, I which I could just have supper powers to do more but as human, limits speaks loud at times. I am glad to burn off some calories sweating while pushing up, frankly this challenge is really healthy and helpful.
