Why not - suggesting some improvements is basically expected. In some other businesses - they have some kind of bounty for finding some things that can be improved. Users who find bugs or other things that need to be improved will be paid - this is certainly good for making the service safer and better.
There are many things that need to be improved and it would be a shame if the team completely ignored them. Freebitco.in is a well-regarded, reputable site - so most of its customers don't want them to end up
[bankrupt or other things]. The change of team allows for a new era for the site - there's certainly something to look forward to if they do regain user interest.
