Even though PSG is a rich club, they have failed to live up to expectations in Europe. I think the management ranks must receive serious attention to be improved and must be filled with people who understand the rules and targets of the club. Now is a new era for PSG to overhaul the squad after Mbappe's departure. On the one hand, the French striker is really needed, but on the other hand, he is a huge burden on the club because of his salary and attitude which must be put first.
PSG will still be able to shine under the guidance of Luis Enrique specifically in League 1, but in the Champions League it is always difficult for every team. It's just that the PSG president has to reorganize management, achievement targets and transfer policies.
PSG president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi will have more calculating figures to spend in the transfer window. PSG management still intact, we've come to realized how the presence of Kylian Mbappe was to the club and in his absence, the club will probably fumbled but there's always need to panic. Real Madrid already won the league and the UCL without Mbappe, so if they end up winning that doesn't make Mbappe great, however if PSG still does amazing at the league and does fairly well at UCL, then that's going to mean that Mbappe wasn't the reason for why PSG did well, it was the money.
I think that's possible, there were always 10 other players on the pitch whenever Mbappe played, and he can't be the only reason, they are going to get some players this summer for sure, and spend some money and I bet that they are going to be a decent team for sure. If that happens then we are going to see Mabppe having some problems with his reputation and people will start to question it.
