Rizzrack being a member of the accounts recovery team, I trust his judgement somehow. He probably sees way more than we see here, such as IP address logs and other patterns. I read through the other appeal thread of OP and I understand why the team is reluctant to help him out. Being linked to a banned account and another host of accounts isn't good at all.

This is the same team that helped me recover my account when it was hacked at some point. I don't see why they would act malicious at all
