When I examined De Rossi tactically in the half-season, I also saw that he had a better tactically innovative form than Mourinho, and I think it was much too early to evaluate De Rossi for the half-season. I interpret him as a coach with the technical capacity to bring good success to Roma in the next season.
Are you referring to Mourinho's whole season at Roma or the half of the season from which Rossi took over because personally I think if you are referring to all the times Mourinho spent at Roma from his first season to the point Rossi took over from him, then i.may not agree totally with you because in the first season when Mourinho met Roma, his tactics were pretty fine and helped the team gained better form and strength much more then they have been before his arrival, and so he did a fairly good job in his first season but literally lost it in the second.
Further more I will agree with you as it concerns the potentials you see with Rossi, I mean for a man who could perform this much in half a season, it will only take some time and there will be almost no limit to the much he can be able to achieve with the team, it's even possible that by the time Rossi stays much longer, he will outperform Mourinho's entire stay at Roma. The coming season is an opportunity for Rossi to put to use all that he's got within his technical capacity to put the team at the top of their domestic league and possibly bring home the Europa trophy.
