I visited you exchange and noticed you charge higher fees for exchanging small amounts. The good thing is that your exchange displays a warning informing users about this, but maybe you need to revise its wording to make it easier to understand.
I also support SFR's suggestion. As a new exchange, you need to provide proof of funds to support your claim about holding large reserves.
