Yes. I was given 3 options (I believe) during installation. I chose the second one. [Standard]. Are there fake ones? Still can't find the RBF from Tools. Sorry I can't post too quickly.
When you create a new wallet in electrum, there are four options.
1. Standard wallet
2. Wallet with two-fator authentication
3. Multi-signature wallet
4. import bitcoin addresses or private keys
Can you confirm that you installed electrum from electrum.org?
It doesn't matter ho wyou created your wallet. If your transaction has been flagged as RBF, you should be able to increase its fee.
Take note that all transactions that are nade by electrum itself are automatically flagged as RBF.
