It's a good thing that Mbappe is been signed by Real Madrid for five contracts but my area of concentration is where would Ancelotti choose to play Mbappe fully as his wing since Ancelotti likes playing 4-4-2 or 4-3-1-2 formation for Real matches. Let's not forget that there are quality players like Rodrigo, Vinicius, and Bellingham occupying such playing formations at the frontline.
I think that by next season, Ancelotti will introduce another tactical formation of 4-3-3, to bring Mbappe in, in every Real Madrid match of Laliga or Champions League, to avoid issues or confusion that will arise based on how to feature Real Madrid frontline players
It seems to me that Mbappe may well play as a pure central striker and the center of the field will belong entirely to Vinny, Bellingham, Rodrigo, Valverde +. Vinnie is on the left, Rodrigo is on the right and Bellingham is under the striker (he has already shown that he can do the job of a striker without any problems). It seems to me that Real’s squad is quite flexible/universal and Ancelotti can easily implement the required schemes.
The thought of 4-2-1-3 works great for me. Valverde in a more advanced role, where he could use all of his energy and box-to-box skills, that could change the game. Ancelotti needs to figure out a strategy puzzle, which is a good thing
You also did a great job with the depth. There is likely a Plan C in Madrid along with Plan A and Plan B. Strong defense with Camavinga and Tchouameni, or full-on attack with Modric and Valverde? Ancelotti can change his team based on the game and the opponent. Madrid has a great season coming up, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
