But in any case, if a user has to waste 3 1/2 hours of their time to solve their BS, it's time to rethink a few things. I think Binance is getting too big for their own good.
It can be frustrating to have money and you cannot access it when you need it. I have seen a situation where a man was crying in a bank because he needed funds to take his wife to the hospital for an illness but he was denied access to his bank account.
