Gambling is more of luck and not analysis or decision making, and this is why you see it that a gambler cannot keep on winning but a gambler can keep on losing because luck comes once in a while. I see gambling as a try your luck thing and whoever take it so will accept the outcome of his bet.

We have games that are purely luck like slot machines, but people still hit the jackpot, so what will you call that. It is Sam with every other game that is used for gambling. Sportbet is the same if not a lot of people will be cashing out everyday due to their good analysis. Have you not heard that there is no professional gambler, no one can predict what will happen tomorrow correctly.
Indeed, gambling is more about luck, because victory is not guaranteed even if you use the strategy applied to the gambling you do. It's true what you say, luck only comes occasionally, but most gamblers don't see this, they often gamble by forcing themselves to get a win that they can't actually get even if they continue to force themselves by gambling in any way. because in the many cases where gamblers experience big losses, it is usually because they keep gambling because they want to win, but it only makes them lose more money.
Even those who are called professional gamblers certainly don't mean they can win with every gamble they make, I doubt that. If there are people who can win consistently with every gamble they make, I think it's no longer about luck, but rather skill, but basically any gambling involves luck.
is the line between skill and luck really as sharp as we think?

Sure, let's play poker. It takes a killer player to read the table like a book, know the odds, and make smart moves. But doesn't the hand they're given and the way their opponents play their cards have some luck to it? If you bet on sports, you can study like crazy, but one weird accident or a bad call by the ref can throw the whole game off

Maybe skill and luck don't go against each other. Perhaps they form more of a web within the game's fabric. Respect both of them and know how they work together. That's the key to mastering this shit, bro
