e-commerce will be subject to regulations where they operate, so as long as Bitcoin is legal, it certainly doesn't rule out the possibility that some e-commerce sites will add Bitcoin as a payment method. But is it worth it to spend a few dollars if you can still pay with cash? I mean by far I don't really want to throw away a few dollars in Bitcoin for payments + fees.
