Another thing to consider when having a representative is the reputation of the representative. I was thinking if casinos or projects should give a look into contracting established members on this platform to be their representative instead of going for a newbie account because that alone would aid building a good customer service response because anyone who is in that position would take it very seriously as they know their reputation would be at stake if they fail to act diligently and effectively.
This would have been a good suggestion, but if that has been the strategy of some other casinos in the past to contract reputable members as representatives, by now some of those reputable members who accepted to be representatives to some casinos due to the very attractive stipend would have had their reputation tarnished. Some dubious casino's will take advantage of it, attract a reputable member to represent them, and still do what they want, not minding the reputation of the member that their actions will affect.
A representative also has to be someone who is closely in the team of the company, that knows what is going on within the company and not just on the gambling platform. This I why often times rep accounts are newbie accounts because their intention in the forum is not to rank up, but solely to represent their casino here in the forum. .
You are correct. I was looking at the possibility of a representative being a reputable member but however from your opinion on this, I could deduce why some reputable members do not accept such offer. In as much as there are some good casinos, there are also some casinos that their intentions are not clear but would want to take advantage of the reputable member they used as their representative to undo members here without having a second thought of their actions.
I think the idea of creating a newbie account as a representative account best suits casinos since they are new and their intentions are not known yet. It is better they remain that way and so far it is a good measures put in place so that no reputable member would be a victim of in actions of some casinos by the virtue of them being a representative of a casino.
