Blocks are now mining with 0.39062500 ZCL Rewards

The network has been stable for over 6 years now even with reduced rewards due to 10-block reorg protection.

Exchanges, Users, and Partners are recommended to set their application block confirmation requirement to 12 or more blocks.

This ensures attackers are not able to cause other full nodes to roll back more than 12 blocks due to the 10-block reorg protection built into full nodes.
