yes but you are only talking about Spanish teams, remember that Europe is big and that the big teams are not always the best or win the most, there are many teams that are growing in Europe, think that Leverkusen or Atalanta are not they can reach the champion's quarterfinals, well the answer for me is definitely yes considering that even teams like Bologna can do really badly I would be very careful about Italy this year too, we'll see some good ones that's for sure
He is continuing the discussion on the post he quoted, it is very natural if he talks about Atletico Madrid or other Spanish teams. Everyone also knows that the UCL is not only attended by teams from Spain, there are so many other teams taking part in enlivening the UCL from different countries. In the modern era of football there are so many teams that are developing, Leverkusen is an example of a team from Germany that has recently achieved success at domestic level. Atalanta also just won the Europa League, which means they hold tickets to the UCL through a special route.

Atletico Madrid are very experienced in the UCL because almost every year they always take part in the competition, but their achievement is only being able to reach the quarter-finals, they have also reached the final but failed to become champions. Simeone who is responsible for this team, must make changes to the squad he leads, he must slowly improve Atletico quality to compete with teams from other leagues.
