It's a valid question and recommendation. The team want to have their brand appearance here and to keep up their brand exposure with community members, they must have a brand representative here, to reply to community questions.
Having the announcement thread is good but it is only a first step. The publisher can not answer questions from community members for a business he does not know all things. Even he knows, answers must come from the business team members, a representative. If the company does not assign a member to do this task, forward questions and answers back and forth from the publisher to the team, will cause misinformation. It's not good and can affect the company reputation.
Welcome PariPesa to the forum but as said they need to consider and assign one of their team members as an official representative here.
