I did not measure myself, but probably around 30 minutes....


Offering a private bitcoin address in a public way (such as I do) cannot stop anyone from sending bitcoin to such bitcoin address, so it does not matter to me whether JackpotRacer voluntarily chooses to send me a bitcoin or not or even a fraction of a bitcoin.  It seems pretty lame to talk about bitcoin transactions as if they were to have to be done in 1 BTC chunks (it is a kind of amateur way of talking about bitcoin, so maybe JackpotRacer does not really know, understand and/or appreciate the value of a whole bitcoin?), when surely bitcoin transactions can be accomplished in quite an array of denominations. 

For example, frequently, I attempt to be more practical in terms of bitcoin transaction propositions that I make on the forum..  Many times my own propositions will come in the form of making bets with other members who I believe to be making extreme propositions, so frequently in those kinds of contexts, in order to make whatever point that I would be wanting to make contrary to the proposition of the other forum member, I personally do not tend to agree to bet in high amounts.. even anything that might be over a $100 or $200 or so..  - at least in terms of the dollar value.

On the other hand, sometimes bets can become a bit confusing, especially if they are not 50/50 bets, and I suppose that if odds of bets are on one side versus the other side (rather than a 50/50 bet), then by definition one side of the bet would end up having high amounts of value attached to it (if the bet were structured in that kind of a way) and the other side of the bet would have relatively lower amounts....

Another thing is that in recent times, based on some of the surprises of inconsistent and even relatively high transaction fees, I don't really want to voluntarily engage in lower level transactions on the main blockchain, unless we might agree to do our transaction on the lightning network or some kind of lower fee area (but not necessarily on any shitcoin).. .. for example transactions of less than $100 might be better to carry out on the lightning network rather than on the main chain.

But yeah whatever, JackpotRacer can send me a bitcoin if he wants or some non-dust level amount of bitcoin - though man of us likely already can recognize and appreciate that JackpotRacer is not really a member who any of us would want to engage in any kind of voluntarily transaction in which he would actually need to follow through with any kind of a promise that he might make (if we might even get him to agree to some kind of a promise.. and in this case, if someone is sending a gift, as JackpotRacer seems to be proposing, there is no reason for the recipient, such as me, to agree to it, unless he is proposing something other than a gift.. does he want me to jump through some hoops prior to his supposedly sending the 1 bitcoin, in the event that he really were to have a whole bitcoin that he would be ready, willing and able to send?).  Alternatively, if I were to enter into a bet with a member like JackpotRacer in which there might be a requirement for compliance and/or follow-through of such promise, I would most likely prefer to have escrow for any significant amounts of bitcoin -

especially since JackpotRacer has somehow managed to accumulate a decent amount of negative trust.
