Next season seems more interested for Premier League tittle race because some of team arrived new manager from Liverpool and Chelsea will bring new tactician than old manager. I think next season Premier League tittle race not only dominance by Manchester City and Arsenal but also has Chelsea and Liverpool will be strong competitor teams.
Chelsea appointed Enzo Maresca as the new coach and Liverpool along with Arne Slot who replaced Klopp who chose to take a break from football. Having a new coach is something good to improve the club's performance but for the first season I don't think we can say that Chelsea and Liverpool are title contenders.
Chelsea fired Pochettino who was deemed not to be providing good results for the club and Enzo Maresca had to create tactics that could be implemented optimally by Chelsea players. Arne Slot came in to replace Klopp and Liverpool have been title contenders for the last few seasons but new coaches usually need time to adapt. But I think Liverpool is more worthy of being called a title contender than Chelsea with the squad they currently have.
