Aren't any government-related staff not allowed to bet in general in the first place? Especially in this case where they were a bodyguard. Pretty sure in terms of hierarchy, they're a lot higher compared to clerical staff due to their close proximity to higher-ups. Really weird why'd they pushed through with this lol. And even if they were allowed, pretty sure they'd have laws about who can and can't be allowed since it's a per "event" type of thing. Just imagine organizers betting on when x event is going to happen lol.

Probably should've just let others bet for him or something.
