Well sometimes it's hard to have self control, especially when it comes to emotions, I many times tried to control myself with respect to emotions and that was very hard for me, in the end I thought I had things well controlled and no, I always made the same mistakes, so I didn't continue doing it, thanks to trading I understood that I could carry out the same strategy, which is to lose what you are willing to lose, and that meant that if I had 100usd and I wanted or could lose but 20usd, then that was the only thing I had the right to lose, I had to contain the desire to put in more money, that was having discipline and from there I began to control everything, when you control the money everything is controlled, because emotions no longer matter, until that balance runs out that's all.
