Yes that is right Bayern Leverkusen long undefeated streak shows how strong and determined they are. Even though they lost in final but it is clear that they are good team. And exactly hey can play well against tough opponents and have good chance of doing well in Champions League. Champions League has many strong teams but Leverkusen has already shown they can compete with the best in the Bundesliga. They might not win first place but I think they'll come close and do well in the competition. Their team work can help to stand against the tough teams and they already showed it.
I hope Leverkusen can achieve more than they have won this season, defeat in the Europa League Final disappointed everyone involved in Leverkusen. Due to a small mistake when facing Atalanta, they failed to win the first Treble Winner in its history. Next season Leverkusen will play in the Champions League, they must be better prepared and need to develop their strength to face bigger challenges. They may be able to maintain their dominance in the Bundesliga, but there is no guarantee of success in the Champions League because the level of competition there is more competitive than in any other tournament.
For sure, the champions league is not like the regular league, and again, Bayer leverkusen will feel very different even though they have a nice record in this season that just ended, but next season is something different because their joining the champions league is a big challenge to them, and losing is still per game. But I also felt bad when they lost in the final again, Atalanta, but nevertheless, they tried, and they will also try their best to see if they can make it in the champions league next season.
So we will proudly wait and see their performances in the Champions League. It might be that what we think will happen to them will be different. Maybe they will surprise many people, as they also surprised people last season. So I am hoping to see more from Bayer Leverkusen, even though I know it will be slightly hard for them in the Champions League.
