Maybe, maybe not they are yet to finalise it, they are used to having alot of talented players no doubt and about the rotation , if I get it right I.e rotating mbappe for other player which I don't think it will be very possible although they might want to rest him but rotating him frequently might not be very possible IMO but if it turns out to be true then I hope he adapt without losing form ( don't forget about hazard ,although his case was different..)
Don't forget that mbappe is a striker, a position that has been vacant in the sense that there have been no pure natural striker in the team for a very long while, all they have been doing has been the rotation of their alternative, although they were fitting in, they weren't in their natural and best position but for Mbappe, it is his position so he is in no way finding it difficult fitting in just perfectly for him to be able to deliver as a striker and that is why I think that except for cases of injury or where they are trying to preserve him for another game, he may not be rotated often because in a while, it's been the first time Madrid I having a natural striker I'm that position.
Talents are one thing Madrid seem not to ever lack and that's why they still don't get to suffer much even in the absence of key players and players who owns a role naturally. Mbappe is such a player who would possibly want to appear in almost every game provided he's in good shape, so if he's not rotated often and he's able to maintain his form, adapting to the games isn't something he will really find difficult at this time. I believe mbappe will be able to get through and deliver at every point when required of him. I don't want to believe that mabppe will want to do any less , not when he's playing in his dream team that feels like home to him.
