Probably you are spending part of the change of the unconfirmed transaction. I do not know the input and outputs of the new transaction but know that if you new transaction also has 2 inputs and two outputs, the fee for the transactions each would be around 12.5 sat/vbyte. Stop making new transaction. Increase the fee for the first transaction and that will invalidate the second transaction. Or just increase the fee if the second transaction to 35 sat/vbyte.
