So far we have never faced any problems that could be said to be serious in the casinos I have played in, but still the problems we face will make us feel uncomfortable with the casino so we decide to stop playing there. The problem I once faced was that I had to do KYC first when I wanted to withdraw the remaining funds, and the value was below the amount of the deposit I made that day, but because I felt bored and wasn't used to leaving funds in the casino I wanted to withdraw it but they accused me of as a multi-account and must go through KYC so that the withdrawal can be processed, even though that didn't happen before even though the withdrawal was more than the deposit I made, and that made me no longer play there.

I didn't have a problem with KYC as far as it was just basic things like verifying email and telephone number, but when I had to upload documents with photos of myself I thought it was quite dangerous, especially casinos whose credibility has not been tested like some of the big casinos on this forum so I decided left that casino, and was never interested in returning despite the many promotions they had.
