If 500casino didn't want you to withdraw and has the full intention to steal from you, they'll not release your fund and instead will invent a counter-accusation like you're late betting or have multi-acc or betting on fixed game, use your imagination. Factually, this is the closing statement by 500's representative, and if you're not aware, it's a quite common occurance for providers to ask for some fund to be withheld, pending investigation.
