Agree. Juventus must sign experienced players but not too old players. I don't know if Motta already makes a plan for buying some players. However, he really needs to rebuild this team because the squad looks not really promising. TBH, I don't understand why Allegri could build weak squad in the season 2023-2024. It looks like a squad of average teams.
Juventus has so many players who are over 30 years old. This needs to change immediately. They need to evolve into a more dynamic team to fight harder for Serie A titles. Football is changing and dynamic teams are one step ahead now.

Motta is a young manager which is a plus for Juventus about this topic. I wouldn't expect him to prefer old player signings much. His system would also be different from Allegri probably. But before anything else, they need new transfers like I said before. If they sign midfielders who can contribute much more to scoring, it isn't too difficult for them to stay in the title competition until the final moments.
It can be said that they have not renewed their squad with some young players to be lighter and more flexible in planning strategies, a team that has young players and they are developed very well will provide a very good feed for the growth of the team and I saw that at Real Madrid from the start of last season.
Motta is a bit interesting because he has built his reputation, I don't know what he will do with Juventus, maybe he has other plans and he thinks it is much better than adding new players, maybe he is quite confident with the current strength for the league.
