They are never making a comeback, the people behind icos had their chance and they be blew it, many people trusted them and while the majority turned out to be scams, even the ones that were not could not fulfill their promises and those coins disappeared anyway, so the people that were part of the market at the time learned their lesson, and in many cases they will prefer to burn their money away than to give it to the developers behind those icos.
