In addition to the obvious risk of having a deal with the OP, I would add another important reason for not using this service, it is fake web traffic. I don't know how much you can earn from a-ads, but fake traffic for any website can only bring problems and a worse domain rating in the long term. Fake and bot traffic will be quickly recognized and penalized by Google.
