Juventus has a lot of old players. I think this is a problem and I don't know why the previous coach still kept the same squad without regenerating. Thiago Motta must be able to build a better squad. I hope the club board gives Thiago Motta freedom and sufficient budget and I hope the new coach will regenerate the Juventus squad. Because in my opinion, if Juventus does not regenerate now, in the next season or two they will find it difficult to compete with other teams and may suffer a bad fate.
True, Juventus is the one of Serie A teams has dominance a lot of old players and most of them have reached above 30 years old, only some young players such as Kenan Yıldız but he not get regular position in this season indeed had 27 appearance in domestic league. I think problem why Juventus get inconsistency performance in this season most of their squad dominance by old players, Thiago Motta will make huge rotation and selling some old players replacing by young players.
Need regeneration and Juventus must brave giving opportunity for young players get regular position if won't difficult for several season later juventus keep not winning domestic league tittle or get top performance in Champion League. Next season Juventus has young manager as Thiago Motta and must give him support by signing top player or promote their academy player to Juventus squad.
