All I will say is that time will tell, but to me, the appointment of Vincent Kompany is a gambler for Bayern Munich because it's a 50/50 scheme, which means either he changes the narration of the team or they still fall back to the normal weak situation. All this is based on expectations, we can say, but I also don’t think I will have more hope for Bayern Munich when Bayer Leverkusen is in the game. There are things to consider, even though Bayern Munich has a nice squad. What about their coach? Vincent Kompany can’t be compared to Xavi Alonso; that is a big fact that needs to be believed in, so I will say the gambling that Bayern Munich came up with. Let's see how it will end with them in the upcoming season if it goes well or not.
A lot of discussions have been going on about Vincent Kompany and his new work at Bayern Munich. Not a lot of people have believed that he can do better and have a very good season wit them. Bayern Munich won’t just go for a manager they don’t see potential in, they would have done some research about him and also have a better convincing part that we don’t know about him. He will do everything to make Bayern Munich great again despite the allegations on him of not being the competent person for the job. He can as well see the talks about him and that should encourage him to achieve what he wants to.
Right from the day the management of Bayern Munich and asked recent company as their new coach, there has been a lot of disbelief, alot of doubts and alot of questions. This wouldn't have been so if Bayern Munich was an average club. But for an elite club which has dominated the German Bundesliga for more than a decade, it is right that people become skeptical when someone like recent company is hired to be the head coach. As far as I am concerned, coaches are rated with their past experience and track record. Best on the above two factors, no one can genuinely write recent company as an excellent coach because he has no much track record. But then if the Bayern Munich management have seen his capacity and hired him, we have nothing to do than to wish him well. Besides he should be of the same age bracket with Xavi Alonso who is doing well in Bayern Leverkusen. This could be a severe competition between two of them.
