Hopefully it sorted out. The GEO restriction - is that came from your website or the payment processor who blocked it?
It has to be from the payment processor as we haven't had any withdrawal or deposit transactions from the region of the user as I got informed he's a Nigerian but still we'll need the user ID for proper investigation to be done.
