Real Madrid have a comfortable environment in the Spanish La Liga. After Benzema left, instead of signing a good striker, they made do with the good performances of other players. But I don't think they could have done that in the English Premier League. Also, we must not forget that Barcelona are in a weak period. So everything was a little bit easier for Real Madrid. Normally they could have finished last season with worse statistics. I think Mbappe likes to play on the wing more. Because playing as a wing forward creates more free space for the players. I hope Mbappe will be happy to play in the role of the team's striker. Because it will mean more responsibility for him.

When I learnt that Real Madrid weren’t in for a new striker and where looking for just short term options like Firmino then and later settled for Joselu I was convinced more that they had a strong hold of Mbappe signings and weren’t going to panic buy again. Mbappe is here definitely to pair with the remaining attackers and we all know he will work into the starting line up easily. But the position he will be playing from his what many people are getting wrong to me. Ancelotti might not even use him in all games as the center forward, the other players like Rodrigo can easily play in that position even though it’s not their preferred position or Madrid have the depth again to play the young Endrick who we all have seen his impact in the Brazil national team.

In my opinion, Nico Williams will of course consider leaving for another club if there is indeed a better offer coming from the big teams that can indeed give him hope of winning of prestigious trophy later, Barcelona desire to recruit Nico Williams is of course very big but their poor finances are of course a barrier to getting Nico Williams at this time,  In addition to Barcelona, it is reported that several other teams are also starting to try to recruit him such as Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.

Nico Williams os definitely a gem and the Euros is just his perfect place to show his talent, with his performance currently i definitely agree with you that Athletic Club de Bilbao cannot contain such a talent so sooner the better they start preparing for his departure. His next destination needs to be thought off seriously before they make mistake. I don’t fancy players too much going to Barcelona but in his defense I will say Barca looks to me as a good place for him. Him leaving the shores of Spain or Laliga might just be too much for him to handle. Moving to back wouldn’t need a anything like settling into a new league or the country like he will do when he moves to the other leagues
