I agree with you, Motta is a new coach and needs to study the club in other for him to know the team well. Any players that is brought in will need to time to adapt with the club football pattern. There is a lot of work to be done because Motta needs to bring his own game tactics for the players to blend in and that will take some time. I believe that Juventus from next two seasons will be able to win the trophy.
Seria A is consider tough and we understand what it means for elite clubs to fight for the scudetto. It's never consider an easy race but the winning team will always come out stronger than the usual phase. Juventus will do better next season, they just need time to fall back on lane and attain winning as priority.
Thiago Motta is experienced, he was a good player during his prime and have accomplished alot. He is one of the good coaches and we know how tactical his game plans are and executing them shouldn't be a problem for the club.
Even though Thiago Motta was born in Brazil, but Thiago Motta nationality is Italian. Thus, Thiago Motta is not at all new to Italy, so becoming Juventus coach does not make it difficult for him to adapt at all. Indeed, Thiago Motta is still relatively new in his coaching career but after all, Thiago Motta was previously successful in making Bologna perform well and compete in the top four last season. Also, If we compare Thiago Motta with Vincent Kompany at Bayern Munich, then I think Thiago Motta is certainly better even though he doesn't have much experience. Also, about Xabi Alonso is also still very new in his coaching career, but Xabi Alonso has managed to produce impressive results with Bayer Leverkusen. Therefore, I think there is nothing difficult for Thiago Motta to improve the quality and performance of Juventus next season.
