Didn't know there's an update in the signature design restrictions. The last I remember, they allowed junior members to put link and text with a maximum of 160 characters, and 4000 to 8000 characters for legendary and hero members. Could you please provide me with the link to the update?
Yeah, they allowed links years ago but updates happened in order to combat spam. Signature campaigns as a whole has become stricter over time including what type of users campaign managers go for. There are little to no opportunities even at member level -- probably also because they want folks who have more experience in the forum.
