His subject title is = Fake Casino Reviews, Crazy Rare Wins and More! So at first glance, you will think that it will be under the  fake casino review, but check it again and the header is under - Big Wins Rush which is for sure can be under Crazy Rare Wins, with the topic "Players Started a Rush to Hit the Max Win in Limbo on Stake". So he is not accusing stake of making fake reviews here. He also has another article discussing stake under the "Gambling Time Machine" header = Let’s Look at Stake.com Through the Years.

Maybe, the author can separate the topic of fake casino reviews -because for sure there are a lot of these articles. So people won't have the impression that they are writing the fake reviews in one article. It may mislead some readers who are not carefully checking all the details of the subject matter.
Sometimes bloggers use clickbait. You read the title and get some impression but after reading the article you will discover nothing was giving in the title which was related to the article. It's because when writing an article and it's title, I am sure he is working on Search Engine Optimization too. For any site it's important but a site administrator needs to understand that the articles need to be humanly readable and interesting.
