He is looking for a dicebot, a 3rd party bot that can be used to play the game(s) in a casino.
In the past there was a popular one namely Seuntji dicebot, ANN thread:

This is like a software that can be downloaded and installed on our PC and we can use the bot without accessing the casino through browser, or course it requires an API access.
I used seuntji bot in the past when I used to play at Primedice especially when there was something like roll hunt contest.
