yes, in fact it is important to let young people play and watch how many of them try to make space for themselves in a world like football which is really difficult, but I think it is important to also have some senators and "elderly" players who allow them to give the right advice for have the right career and I really think that the coach must be of that age
Well this analysis don't seem really clear to me but my interest was caught when you mentioned allowing young people watch and play football, this leverage has a whole lot it can actually do to the young ones, one of which is them been able to choose a career part probably after building intrest in that which they have seen watching the game over time, I believe they will be able to get more encouragement to drive their passion in the career they wish to pursue in football, it may aswell ignite their passion to further push to picking a football career for those who may want to.

The importance of coaches in the game of football is something we cannot underestimate or even think of doing without, but I'm yet to see an official age limitations to the coaching career so I believe it's not a limitation to what a coach can and will be able to do as a coach, rather they just need to be certified as a coach going by the requirements of which If they meet up with, they become coaches, I have seen very young coaches handling teams and still getting to Excel well as a coach, so they mustn't get to that very old age to be coaches but then it's also fine to have a football experience as an advantage to help their career as a coach and for them to Excel better as a coach than they would have if they don't have then football experience much before they began a career as a Coach.
