Actually, it's not really bad tactics, it's just more of a tactic that is unfamiliar and more strange and sometimes difficult to predict. But the strange thing is that even with tactics like that, their club produces a lot of wins. even getting trophies in La Liga and UCL which in fact are very high compared to La Liga. So, why do we still think Ancelotti's tactics are poor or still don't know what Ancelotti's abilities are? No, this is indeed part of Ancelotti's ability to take his squad to become a top club anywhere.
Ancelotti is one of the managers who is able to adapt to modern football, where many managers his age seem unable to maintain their reputation, but Ancelotti can still be successful amidst many other talented young managers. Ancelotti coached the right club, he was thought to be finished when he coached Napoli and Everton, but his second period with Madrid was considered very successful.

It is true that Ancelotti is not identified with a particular style of play, unlike Pep Guardiola with his Tiki Taka, but without that, Ancelotti is able to become the manager with the largest collection of Champions League trophies at the moment. The key to Ancelotti success lies in his approach with the players, he gives each player the freedom to express their talents on the pitch. By prioritizing harmonious relationships within the team, Ancelotti has succeeded in conquering the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1.

Yes, Ancelotti is not defined by a certain style. It’s because just like you said, he has been able to adapt to the modern football. So far that has worked out to be great for Ancelotti. I mean if he is able to win the Champions League trophy so many times, he is definitely doing things right. It is also good to see that he actually prioritizes the relationship between the players. All know that it is very important for the players to have a good chemistry with each other.  otherwise, the team is not going to work perfectly in the field. and that is something Ancelotti really tries to improve. He also tries to have a really good relationship with almost all the players. I really have not seen him having any kind of problems with any players, at least not recently.

so it does not matter what people say. Yes, he is not known for inventing new styles like Louis van Gaal and Pep Guardiola but he is doing a good job and whatever he is doing is being able to bring in good results for him and Los Blancos. It is actually disrespectful to say that he is just a lucky coach.
